Result: Win
This is an 8* "SITUATIONAL PITCHING MISMATCH" on the Boston Red Sox.

The Red Sox would break a four-game slide with a come from behind, bottom of the ninth victory last night and with what I believe to be the superior starter backing them this afternoon, suffice it to say, I believe all signs point to another win in the finale of this four-game series. Note that Boston has won five straight with veteran hurler Jon Lester (9-7, 2.73 ERA) on the mound; Lester is in fact a perfect 3-0 with a 0.96 ERA and 0.85 WHIP over his last five games, going into the eighth inning in four of them. Lester had struggled against the White Sox in the past, until he gave up one run to go along with nine K's over eight frames in a 3-1 win back on April 17th. The last place visitors counter with Jose Quintana (5-7, 3.20 ERA) who is 2-0 with a tiny 0.94 ERA over his last four starts; note that he had a 4.43 ERA while losing five of his previous seven though. While Quintana has enjoyed success vs. Boston in the past, I think this is a bad spot for him, as the under-performing home side now comes into this contest with a lot of confidence after last night's thrilling victory. I think Lester gets the slight nod on the bump and that's just enough to tip the scales in our favor; lay this reasonable mid-sized price.
