AAA's VERY EARLY BIG 12 SITUATIONAL DESTRUCTION! (Was 3-2 NCAAF L/Sat!)
(NCAAF) Baylor vs. West Virginia,
Point Spread: 8.50 | -110.00 West Virginia (Home)
Result: Win
This is an 8* SITUATIONAL DESTRUCTION on West Virginia.

I'm not going to call for an outright upset here, but I do feel that the home side will keep this a lot closer than what the oddsmakers are leading us to believe and will recommend grabbing as many points as you can. I think this sets up as a letdown spot for Baylor, which would overcome a 21-point deficit in the final 11 minutes last Saturday to beat TCU 61-58. With the win the team is now bowl eligible. However, not to be outdone, WVU is also coming off a fourth-quarter comeback at Texas Tech that ended with a field goal as time expired. However, unlike Baylor, WVU plays with revenge here and I think this is an important factor today (it was an embarrassing loss for WVU as well which fell 73-42 last year). Despite their perfect record, the Bears have definitely seem beatable this year, which leaves the door open for the Mountaineers offense which has also proved extremely difficult to stop, averaging 552.2 YPG (last week's 550 yards of offense was the teams fifth consecutive game of reaching the 500 mark). Note that this is a spot that Baylor has struggled in the last two years, going 0-2 ATS as a road favorite in the 7.5 to 10 points range. And note that this is a spot that WVU has excelled in for bettors as it's already 2-1 ATS this year as the underdog, and 8-6 ATS in the same position over the last two. All signs point to a comfortable home cover; play on WEST VIRGINIA.
