AAA's O/U WEST-COAST EXPRESS (No. 1 IN WORLD NBA 2013/14!)
(NBA) Minnesota vs. New Orleans,
Total: 206.50 | -105.00 Over
Result: Loss
This is an 8* O/U WEST-COAST EXPRESS on the UNDER between the Minnesota Timberwolves and the New Orleans Pelicans.

Both of these teams are coming off a couple of high-scoring affairs, but in my opinion I think the conditions are right for a lower-scoring battle in this one and feel the value definitely lies with the UNDER. New Orleans is coming off a 109-102 win over the Lakers on Wednesday. The Pelicans have been getting the job done with tough defensive play, one player to keep your eyes on is Omer Asik who is blocking 1.4 shots per game and helping limit the opposition to just a 39.7 percent field goal in the paint. But of course the team revolves around big man Anthony Davis who is among the league leaders in many categories, including points (24.9), rebounds (12.9), blocks (4.4) and steals (2.3). Minnesota comes in injured and discombobulated and I think will struggle to put points on the board here. Andrew Wiggins is averaging just 10 points and 3.1 boards per game, while Anthony Bennett is scoring only 5.5 per contest. Note that the Wolves will once again be without the services of Ricky Rubio, part of the reason for sure that Minnesota would fall 113-101 to Houston in Mexico City on Wednesday. The veterans are struggling as well though, Kevin Martin has managed just 20 points his last two contests. Note that Minnesota has seen the total go UNDER the number in all three games it's played in this year after allowing 105 points or more, while New Orleans has seen it dip below the number in 14 of its last 25 after playing to three or more consecutive overs. In my opinion, the sharp move is on the UNDER in this one.
