The Arizona Diamondbacks opened this three-game series with the Philadelphia Phillies with an emphatic 10-2 win last night. The free falling Phillies have now lost eight of their last nine, and I think they'll struggle here as well when coming up against Zack Greinke on the mound.

Greinke (9-3, 3.75 ERA) has won his last six starts and has allowed just a pair of runs on 14 hits while covering 23 innings in his last three. He's 4-0 with a 1.54 ERA in five road starts on the year and owns a 6-1 career mark with a 2.68 ERA against the Phillies.

Jerad Eickhoff (4-8, 3.40) will take the ball for Philadelphia. He's done fairly well this season and he has won back-to-back starts, but the four walks vs he gave up vs. five strike outs at Toronto his last start could suggest some issues with his command.

We can also note that the Phillies are 1-7 in Eickhoff's last eight starts when their opponent allows two runs or fewer in their previous game.
