Josh Tomlin (8-1, 3.27) will take the ball for Cleveland, and the right-hander is enjoying the best season of his career. He's held opponents to two or fewer runs in eight of his 12 starts this season which was aslo the case his last turn when he held the Royals to one run in seven innings.
