The New York Yankees have not had much success lately with just two wins in their last eight games. I still like the Bronx Bombers as they host the Cleveland Indians home at Yankee Stadium Friday night.

Josh Tomlin (11-3, 3.43 ERA) will take the ball for the Tribe. He's 1-2 with a 7.16 ERA in four career games (three starts) in the Bronx. The 31 year old has good numbers on the road this season, but he was tagged with four runs on seven hits in six innings of a 4-2 setback at Baltimore his last time out on the road.

Michael Pineda (5-10, 5.13) will take the ball for the Yankees as he's set to make his first career start against Cleveland. Pineda has been inconsistent lately, but he's recorded eight strikeouts in three straight starts. He held Baltimore scoreless over six innings his last start at home.

The Yankees are off a 4-1 loss to the Mets, but they're 10-2 in their last 12 after scoring two runs or fewer in their previous game and they're 9-4 in their last 13 games following a loss.
