Either the Tennessee Titans or the Miami Dolphins will finish the preseason with a 3-1 record. My money is on the Titans. Miami has struggled offensively but managed to grind out a 17-6 win against Atlanta last week thanks to some sturdy defending. Tonight they'll come up an interesting Titans team that won 27-14 at Oakland last week. Tennessee has plenty of young players still looking to prove themselves, and I like the visitors as a dog at Hard Rock Stadium tonight.
