Both teams are coming off a win in Week 1, but they also failed to cover the spread. The Volunteers managed to eek out a 20-13 OT win at home against 21.5-point underdog Appalachian State while the Hokies took care of business with a 36-13 victory as a 31.5-point favorite against Liberty.
Tennessee produced only 319 yards of offense in its victory, and I think the Hokies will be able to keep this a close game.
