(MLB) Tampa Bay vs. Toronto,
Money Line: 145.00 Tampa Bay (Away)
Result: Loss
Play: Tampa Bay Rays
Rating: 8*

This looks like an excellent price on the Tampa Bay Rays with Jake Odorizzi on the mound.

Odorizzi (9-6, 3.86 ERA) was lit up for seven runs in four innings of an 11-2 loss against Baltimore on Sept. 6 his last time out, but he's 1-0 with a 2.35 ERA in four starts against Toronto in 2016. Rays are 4-1 in Odorizzi's last five starts vs. a team with a winning record and 8-2 in the right-handers last 10 starts with five days of rest.

The Jays turn to left-hander Francisco Liriano (7-12, 5.27). He'll make his first start since Aug. 26 after a stint in the bullpen, and he's surrendered 13 runs (10 earned) over 22 2/3 innings in his first four starts. Liriano is 2-3 with a 5.32 ERA in nine games (eight starts) lifetime against the Rays.

Tampa Bay is sitting bottom of the AL East while Toronto is battling with Boston and Baltimore for the top spot, but neither club is playing particularly good baseball at the moment. The Rays are 9-7 in the season series and we're getting great value on Tampa Bay in this matchup.
