The Detroit Tigers defeated the Atlanta Braves 6-2 on Friday, their fourth consecutive victory. They're still in the AL wild card race, and I think this looks like a reasonable price on the hyper hungry Tigers.

Atlanta's Aaron Blair (1-7, 8.02 ERA) has shown little to suggest that he belongs in the big leagues. He's yielded a total of 20 runs over his last four starts and served up a total of 12 homers through his last eight outings. The Tigers' Jordan Zimmermann (9-6, 4.88 ERA) has had his ups and downs this season, but he has enjoyed success in his even outings away from Comerica Park, posting a 4-1 record with a 2.47 ERA. This will be his first start in more than three months as he's been dealing with various injuries, but I don't think the Tigers would throw him out there tonight if he wasn't ready.

Detroit's bats are on fire, and I don't see the lowly Braves stand a chance.
