Play: Cleveland Indians
Rating: 5*
The Cleveland Indians are going for the sweep of the ALCS as they take on the Toronto Blue Jays Tuesday afternoon. I think it's game over for the Jays now after last night's deflating 4-2 defeat, and this looks like an excellent price on the Tribe.
Corey Kluber has yet to allow a run here in the postseason, throwing a total of 13 1/3 scoreless innings so far. Toronto's bats have lost all bite after a sweep of the Rangers in the ALDS, and I don't see them getting to Kluber today as they're 2-10 in their last 12 games vs. a starter with a WHIP less than 1.15.
Aaron Sanchez takes the ball for Toronto. The 24 year old enjoyed a terrific regular season, but he was tagged with six runs on three hits and four walks by the Rangers, but managed to escape with a no-decision. The Jays bats won't bail him out this time around though. He has posted a 5.06 ERA in three career games (two starts) against the Indians.
Indians are 20-6 in Kluber's last 26 starts, and getting the Tribe as a dog here is a gift.
Mike Lundin opened the week with a 3-0 SWEEP, and he's going for another PERFECT DAY ON TUESDAY! A Top Rated 10* NLCS Selection is on the menu combined with a pair of 8*-rated NHL winners. Currently on a PERFECT 8-0 NHL RUN, join Mike with his Tuesday 3-Pack (MLB + NHL) now.
