We won with over 8.5 runs here at Citizens Bank Park Wednesday night despite the Marlins scoring just one run. I think we'll see more balanced scoring tonight, and I'm backing the over again.

Jake Thompson (1-2, 5.23 ERA) will take the ball for Philadelphia. He has made just eight appearances (five starts) on the season and he was tagged with seven runs (five earned in five innings of an 11-10 loss at Washington last week. Thompson has already faced the Marlins twice this season, allowing six runs on 10 hits and four walks through 11 frames.

The Marlins turn to Jose Urena (13-6, 3.61 ERA) who is having a career year, but he is 1-2 with a 5.34 ERA in nine career games (five starts) against the Phillies. Over is 8-3-2 in the Phillies last 13 home games vs. a right-handed starter and 8-2-2 in their last 12 when their opponent allows five runs or more in their previous game.
