The Colorado Rockies had lost four straight games prior to defeating the San Diego Padres 4-1 on Friday. I think they'll be back to their losing ways here though in Game 3 of the series.

Chad Bettis (1-3, 6.23 ERA) will take the ball for the Rockies. He was tagged with five runs on three hits and three walks in one-third of an inning at Arizona his last time out. Bettis has really struggled on the road this season, going 1-2 with an 11.32 ERA in three starts.

The Padres turn to Jhoulys Chacin (12-10, 4.12 ERA) who is 8-3 behind a 1.91 ERA home at Petco Park on the season. The Padres have won each of his last three starts. This is a good enough price on the Padres to beat the sinking Rockies.
