The Georgia State Panthers shut out Charlotte in a 20-0 victory on the road as a 1-point dog on Sep. 23 their last time out. The Panthers will be well rested here as their scheduled matchup with Memphis last week was cancelled due to changes in the Tigers' schedule because of Hurricane Irma.

The Coastal Carolina Chanticleers meanwhile were in action last week and took a 51-43 loss at UL Monroe. They've now allowed a total of 103 points through their last two contests.

The Panthers are 20-6 ATS in their last 26 on the road, and I like them here as a small road favorite in this Sun Belt Conference matchup.
