Toronto hands the ball to Marcus Stroman (0-2, 8.55 ERA) who was late beginning spring training because of inflammation in his shoulder and is still trying to find his form. He owns a 6.89 ERA in three lifetime starts against the Rangers, but Texas has really struggled to score runs lately.
I like the visitors to cover the runline in a low-scoring game.
