The Golden State Warriors delivered a huge 119-106 win in Game 1 of this series. This is what I said in my write up ahead of that game:

"The Houston Rockets are the top seed in the West and expected to give Golden State a tough matchup for the Conference crown this year. They averaged 117.3 points per game during the regular season and live and die by the three, but the Warriors no doubt have the capability of hurting teams from behind the arc too as well as posing a big threat on the inside. I also rate Golden State's defense way above Houston's dito."

As it turned out, it was the fast breaks that earned Golden State the victory with 18 fast break points against Houston's 3. The Warriors have too many weapons and ways to win for the Rockets to compete with.
