Huge let down spot for Cleveland Browns who had won just one of their previous 37 contests before defeating the Jets last week. Here they'll face a disappointed and desperate Oakland side which is still looking for its first win of the season. The Raiders are not nearly as bad as their 0-3 record might indicate though, having lost to three teams with a combined 8-1 record. Oakland QB Derek Carr has a 76.6 completion percentage, second in the NFL only to the Saints' Drew Brees, and I think he'll guide the Raiders to their first win of the season in front of the home town crowd Sunday afternoon.
