The San Antonio Spurs have plenty momentum as they're coming off a dramatic OT win at LA Lakers and aim for a third win in four games when they host the Indiana Pacers Wednesday night.

The Pacers have split their first two games of the season, winning both at home while losing a pair on the road (0-2 ATS).
