The LA Clippers have had a day of rest since opening the season with a 10-point win over rivals LA Lakers. I think things are setting up nicely for the Clippers here with a game under their belt while the Golden State Warriors might not be quite up to speed yet for their season debut.

Golden State will play with a huge target on its back all season with everyone looking forward to dethroning the powerhouse that has made five straight finals appearances with three titles to show for it. This will almost certainly be a more difficult campaign for the Warriors, having lost several players, most notably Kevin Durant, and Klay Thompson (torn knee ligament) is at risk of missing the whole season.

Kahwi Leonard scored 30 points on 10-19 shooting in his Clippers' debut, and here he'll get another shot at the Warriors team he beat in the NBA Finals with the Raptors last season. Look for the revamped LA Clippers to get the job done here to start the season 2-0.
