The Baltimore Ravens have already clinched the No. 1 seed in the AFC playoffs and are as a result expected to rest their starters. I don't see their backups moving the ball well against a Pittsburgh defense that is one of the best in the league, particularly with the Steelers highly motivated and still in the race for a wild-card spot.

As for the Steelers offense, it's been lackluster all season long and ranks 30th for total yards and 26th for points scored.

The Steelers have played seven straight unders and only three of their 15 games on the season have gone over the total.
