The Houston Rockets have allowed 120+ points in back-to-back games, both losses to NY Knicks and the LA Clippers. Over is 8-0 in their last 8 games vs. a team with a winning % below .400, and the 21-41 Charlotte Hornets fit that bill. Charlotte has dropped three in a row but, it put up a decent performance offensively with 49 percent shooting from the field in a 114-112 loss to Denver last time out. It did allow Denver to shoot 51 percent though, and I expect both teams to put up plenty of points in this one.
