I backed the Washington Capitals and lost in Game 3 of this series.

Now I'm shamelessly switching sides to back the NY Islanders to complete the sweep and move on to the Eastern Conference semifinals.

While I thought that Caps would show some grit and pride, it has just not happened. They've been outshot and outplayed in just about every game and are 0-3 down despite the Isles going only 1/14 on the power play.

The Caps meanwhile have scored only two even-strength goals in the series, and I don't see any other outcome than another Islanders win.
