The reigning champions LA Lakers are, in my opinion, returning an even stronger side following the short break. During the offseason, they've gotten way deeper signing reigning Sixth Man of the Year (and former Clipper) Montrezl Harrell, the Sixth Man runner-up in guard Dennis Schroder, veteran center Marc Gasol and guard Wesley Matthews.

The Clippers are returning the same key contributors as last season. The Lakers were the better of the two LA teams last season, and they will be the better side in this one.
