We should see a fired-up Philly team looking to bounce back from a pair of losses, and to keep this close they're gonna have to put up plenty of points. I lean towards Philadelphia covering the spread, but stepping in front of this red hot Utah team is not something I want to do. Therefore, I like the over better.
