Absolutely love the Columbus Blue Jackets in this spot as they have had two full days to stew on a 7-3 beating they took by Carolina on Jan 15. They've been on the road for their last three games, and I expect a big outing from the Jackets here in the opener of a four-game homestand.

The visiting Nashville Predators will also be rested after having two games against the Stars postponed, but they have struggled in recent games, winning only one of their last five. The Preds have now lost nine of the 13 games since opening the season with a two-game sweep against Columbus. The Jackets must be itching for revenge, and we can note that the Preds are only 1-5-0 away from home on the season.
