St. Louis Cardinals' righty John Gant (0-1, 3.00 ERA) has struggled somewhat with his command, allowing six walks over nine innings of work on the season but I like his chances of shutting down the Phillies. Philadelphia right-hander Aaron Nola (0-1, 3.45 ERA) has been solid in his three starts and only surrendered one home run and walked three through 15 2/3 innings of work. I expect both teams' bats to cool off after combining for 24 runs in the first two games of this series.
