I'm well happy to take the under here with these two pitchers on the mound. Sure, the Cards Carlos Martinez (0-3, 7.80 ERA) has had a disastrous start to the year, but I think he'll get in the groove soon. We can also note that the Nats are averaging only 3.83 runs per game. As for Washington ace Max Scherzer (0-1, 2.37 ERA), he is obviously a stud and he owns a 3.31 ERA in 11 career starts against the Cardinals. Last time out, Scherzer threw seven scoreless innings of a 1-0 Nats win over the Arizona Diamondbacks, but he did not get the decision.

The Cards won Tuesday's matchup 3-2, and I would not be surprised if we see a similar amount of runs in this one.
