The Minnesota Twins are 34-16-2 to the over on the season and only two of their last 11 games have gone under the total. Their bullpen has the third-worst earned run average in the American League, which is why I think they'll give up runs eventually with Jose Berrios (5-2, 3.67 ERA) as their starter. As for Orioles' started Jorge Lopez, his 5.80 ERA on the season says it all and he has allowed 10 runs (nine earned) through 13 innings in his last three starts combined.
