Pittsburgh righty JT Brubaker was 5-13 with an ERA of 5.36 last year and he was tagged with 16 runs on 26 hits while serving up seven homers in just under 22 innings against St. Louis.

Cards' Adam Wainwright was a team-best 17-7 with a 3.05 ERA, and he was dominant in four starts against Pittsburgh. Still, I think the veteran righty needs a couple of starts to get at his best. Note that he gave up six runs in just 2 2/3 innings against Cincinnati in his season-opener last year.
