I like the price we get on the Cincinnati Reds as they look to avoid the three-game sweep. The Reds have lost nine of their last 10 games but we should see a strong performance here in the finale of their six-game homestand before they head on the road to Colorado tomorrow. Reds' righty Tyler Mahle (1-2, 6.88 ERA) could have had a better start to the year, but he owns a decent 3.86 ERA in three career starts against the Friars.

The Padres hand the ball to right-hander Nick Martinez (0-2, 4.30 ERA) who has allowed seven runs in 14 2/3 innings. Not too bad, but his 1.77 WHIP suggests his ERA could be a lot worse.
