In his last start, Skubal blanked the A's through seven innings of a 6-0 win in Oakland. The Orioles turn to righty Tyler Wells (1-2, 3.75 ERA) who is 0-2 with an 8.00 ERA over three road starts this year. The Orioles have lost five of his six starts this year.
