I'm not sure how motivated the North Carolina Tar Heels will be to participate in Duke's Mayo Bowl. They had their sights set higher than this, and they've been hit hard by opt-outs, including star quarterback Drake Maye. The West Virginia Mountaineers on the other hand couldn't be happier to be here and I think they'll get the win and cover.
