The Miami-Florida Hurricanes have been very active in the transfer portal, and on paper, they look elite on both sides of the ball. If they can fit all the pieces together, the Canes should be able to compete for a playoff spot.

The Canes were already great on the ball and have now seen an upgrade on the quarterback position with Cam Ward coming over from Washington State. I think they'll be able to exploit a Florida secondary that has a lot of new faces.
