Alabama likes to run and gun. That pace will be tested at one of the best 2 point defending teams in the league. The Tide will still attempt a lot of threes but they won't be able to duplicate the 25 they made against BYU. Duke is the younger, more athletic team. Flagg should be able to keep Sears in check somewhat. Alabama's 113-point Sweet 16 outburst is impressive, but Duke’s 100-point performance against Arizona is just as impressive. Duke’s elite defense gives them an edge. Alabama will push the pace and launch threes, likely getting to 80+ points, but their inability to stack stops against Duke’s multifaceted offense will be their undoing. Flagg’s two-way impact and Duke’s depth should secure a hard-fought win.
