After the Ducks and Coyotes were essentially gutted at the trade deadline, very little can be expected from these two teams. The Ducks are in back to back games, and the 3rd in 4 nights, and haven’t won in 11 games. They came close, losing in a shoot-out on Thursday.

The Coyotes are at home, off a win, and have an extra day’s rest, but their record is only marginally better than the Ducks. They also have a very long injury list at the moment. The Coyotes splashed out for 5 goals in their last game, but otherwise have scored just 9 times in 6 games. The Ducks have similar results, scoring just 10 goals in their last 6.

While I am slightly curious about the outcome, I am not looking for much in the way of offense. With a total set at 6 today, I am more than happy to take my chances on the Under.
