The Cowboys' 1-16 preseason away record reflects their indifference to a competitive preseason. They won't start their starters again this week. Neither will the Chargers, but they were at least able to score 22 points last week. Their offense directed by back-up QBs (especially Stick) looked far more competent than a very lackluster Cowboys attack. The Cowboys lost ugly last week and a similar poor outing is a distinct possibility today. Even though the line has climbed, I expect the Chargers to still win and cover today.
