I am on the UNDER in the New Jersey Devils @ Carolina Hurricanes game on Wednesday. Carolina is here because of their defense. They've got one of the best defensive teams in the entire league and I expect them to keep that up throughout this series and onto the next round. The Devils have had excellent goalkeeper from their youngster ever since he was called upon. Schmid owns terrific 4-1 record w/ a GAA of 1.38 and save percentage of .951. On the other hand, Raanta has been lights out as well. I would've thought that Freddie Anderson would've gotten the playoff stats, but Raanta has been stellar. Expect a low scoring opening game between two very gritty teams.
