T.M. Selection: Phillies.

1) The Phillies off a loss and should bounce back on Sunday just like they have done for much of this season as Philadelphia has been so strong off a loss.

2) Philadelphia lost their first two games this season. Since then they have had only two 2-game losing streak and one 3-game losing streak. The other 13 times the Phillies were off a loss they have gone 13-0!

3) Both pitchers have great numbers this season but I still give Wheeler - 8-0 since mid-April - the edge over Baltimore's Burnes as he pitched for Milwaukee in the NL in the past so Philly has some familiarity.

4) Considering the pitching edge plus the Phillies fantastic record this season - including when coming off a loss - this is a great price overall and that is the bottom line here. +120 is a steal as an underdog here!
