1) The Phillies are practically going with a bullpen game here as Allard likely getting the start. I can not trust him here against a Diamondbacks team that comes into this game rolling with 4 straight wins.

2) Arizona's Jordan Montgomery has had a disastrous season in his home starts. He had one good start against the White Sox at home but has been obliterated in the rest of his outings at home this season with an overall ERA above 8.00 and opponents hitting over .350 against him when he is at home. Now he faces a very strong Phillies lineup and I expect plenty of runs here.

3) This total is absolutely on the low side even in the 9.5 range here as the series in Philly between these teams earlier this season was very high-scoring and Arizona has won 12 of 14 games and scored 7 runs a game during this streak. The Phillies have scored 5 or more runs in 6 of 8 games! The bats will be the story for each team tonight on Thursday the way I see this one going!
