1) The White Sox lost again Wednesday to drop to 1-22 in their last 23 games in what has been a nightmare season. The Cubs, on the other hand, have won 8 of 12 games!

2) The White Sox have Garrett Crochet starting and he has a low ERA this season but he has been working very short outings for quite some time now. Crochet has not gone longer than 4 innings in any of his last 5 games on the mound. He has averaged 3.4 innings and has not been nearly as effective as he was early this season.

3) The Cubs going with Jameson Taillon here and he has a 3.25 ERA on the year! Taillon has allowed 2 earned runs or less in 7 of last 10 games.

4) The line is a bargain in this price range as the pitching match-up still yields value here with more than meets the eye at first glance.
