This is just too many points for this Week 3 match-up. The starters for Colts are expected to play more than the Bengals starters but that only is an early game factor. From the 2nd quarter on, and most often the 2nd half, these preseason games are decided. I like the fact that the Colts have given up a lot of points in the 2nd half of their games in this preseason and now here they are at a TD price on the road. This one has great value, the way I see it, with the home dog.
