1) Funny looking line and I am not falling for it. Panama just beat USA but Bolivia just got hammered 5-0 and yet look at this line.
2) I am not saying they will get the upset win but don't be surprised if we see a draw here and even if Bolivia falls short, the +1 goals helps us here in the case of a 1-goal loss.
3) From a situational standpoint here, no pressure on Bolivia and they are looking for payback after ugly results and they catch Panama in an emotional letdown spot. It all adds up to underdog value here. We'll take it!
