The bottom line here is, despite Charlie Morton's success vs. the White Sox in the past, we feel that Atlanta is severely overvalued here on the road, coming off a loss in Philadelphia and facing an 0-3 White Sox side. Morton shutout the White Sox in one start in 2023 over seven innings. But that was then, and this is now. Chris Flexen makes his debut for the White Sox. Flexen opened his career with a great 3.66 ERA in Seattle, but regressed last season after bouncing around to the Rockies. Look for Flexen to at least match his counterpart here today though, who served up two home runs in his final Spring tune-up. This is the very definition of "great line value" in our opinion; the play is Chicago!
