It's difficult to pass up the Canadiens as an underdog to the Maple Leafs especially since Toronto is struggling as much as Montreal.
The Canadiens have been idle since Tuesday. That's a long time to fix their current defensive problems. The Canadiens are better than they have shown. I can't say that about Toronto, which has dropped six of its last seven scoring only eight goals during this span.
Montreal is 2-0 against the Maple Leafs this season. Sharp overnight money has been on Montreal, which you have to respect. The Canadiens are the better overall team, certainly offensively.
