They need to stop the bleeding fast, or run the risk of starting the playoffs on the road in the first round. They will be at Carolina tonight, taking on a Hurricanes team that is once again going to be spending April at the golf course. Despite the Penguins recent losing streak, goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury continues to play well. He allowed a pair of goal on 35 shots (in regulation) in a 3-2 shootout loss to the Blues on Tuesday. The Canes lost to Chicago by a score of 3-1 on Monday, and that officially eliminated them from the playoffs. It was only a formality though, and at this point you have to expect a minimal compete level from this team. "I don't like our compete on some nights, and on some nights we don't have 18 guys going. We don't. That's the reality." said Carolina coach Bill Peters.
