Arizona has lost six of 10 on the road so far, and is coming off a 1-0 loss in L.A. Sunday night.
The D'Backs hand the ball to Josh Collmenter, who hasn't done well in previous trips to Colorado. The Rockies counter with 24 year old Tyler Matzek, who's looking sharp so far this season. Matzek (2-0, 2.70 ERA) allowed a pair of runs on five hits over five innings in a win at Arizona his last time out. The Rockies are 3-1 in his four starts so far this season, and he's held the opposition to two runs or less in all four of those games.
Matzek was 4-4 with an impressive 3.61 ERA at Coors Field last year, and he was 1-1 with a 2.25 ERA in two starts versus Arizona.
