The Rockies offense has been in a bit of a funk but should be ready for a breakthrough here. Phillies starter Matt Strahm does not go deep into games, and the Phillies bullpen has been horrible ranking 27th with a 6.04 ERA. The Rockies will be starting Ryan Feltner who is struggling with a 8.78 ERA and 1.95 WHIP, and the over is 3-0 in his starts. The Rockies' bullpen is 22nd with a 4.56 ERA.
Last season all four meetings in Philadelphia between the Rockies and Phillies went over and I will expect to see another one here.
