There have been at least 43 points scored in all five Browns games this season, and at least 46 scored in four of those games, and the Browns have only faced one above average quarterback this season. Both teams should also have alot of success moving the chains as they run the ball well and are facing a defense that has not done a good job of stopping it. The Patriots won't shut down the best rushing offense in the NFL this weekend, but their offense which has scored at least 24 points in three straight games will do their damage as well.
