I like Oregon to win and earn a bye in the College Football Playoff, Oregon is 13th in passing yards per game (277.6) and has a 1,100-yard rusher. Penn State’s defense has had some rough games, giving up 25 points to Minnesota and 27 to Bowling Green, and Oregon’s offense is much stronger than both.
On the fast indoor turf, Oregon’s speed will be hard to stop. Plus, Coach James Franklin has struggled in big games, with a 2-18 record against top-10 teams. Oregon is the more reliable team and should win and cover, but I am going moneyline.
