MLB 3-Pack
(MLB) Tampa Bay vs. Oakland, 07/24/2016 12:05 PM, Score: 2 - 3
Money Line: -118.00 Tampa Bay (Away)
Result: Loss
Play: Tampa Bay Rays
Rating: 8*

The Tampa Bay Rays opened this four-game series against the Oakland A's with a 7-3 win, but they're coming off back-to-back one-run losses. I like the Rays to salvage a split of the series Sunday afternoon.

Blake Snell (2-4, 3.11 ERA) takes the ball for Tampa Bay. The rookie left-hander is coming off his best performance in the big leagues when he held the Rockies to a hit and three walks with nine Ks through six scoreless innings at the daunting Coors Field. Pitching on the road does not phase Snell who is 1-1 with a 1.53 ERA in three starts (total of 17 2/3 innings) on the road.

Jesse Hahn (2-4, 6.49) will toe the slab for Oakland. Hahn conceded four runs on eight hits while tossing only 74 pitches through 3 2/3 innings of a 4-0 loss at Milwaukee on June 8 his last time out. Hahn has been pitching in the minors since, and he's battling a blister on his pitching hand which most likely will affect his performance.

Athletics are 0-7 in their last seven during Game 4 of a series and 2-7 in their last nine home games vs. a left-handed starter.
